Submitting an application and student paperwork

1. To submit an application email mm4@athletics.wisc.edu or stop by the Kohl Center.

2. You must have valid identification and eligibility to work in the U.S. Examples of this include, but are not limited to: (1)  valid photo id (drivers license or student ID) and birth certificate or social security card or (2) a valid U.S. passport.

3. International students must fill out the appropriate paperwork to be able to work for the UW.
