What we do for the Athletic Department

Suite Services is responsible for providing our Suite guests with an excellent Game Day Experience that is regarded as one of the best in the nation.  Responsibilities will include setting up the suite for events, food and beverage service, clean-up and inventory of the suites.  Attendants should be personable, professional and eager to address the suite guests’ questions and concerns while maintaining the high-quality customer service our guests have come to expect.

Our Catering Staff provides superior food and beverage service to a wide range of events held at Camp Randall and the Kohl Center.  These events include breakfasts, luncheons, dinner receptions, award banquets, business meetings, all major sporting events and much more!  We also provide Catering services at other Athletic Facilities on Campus throughout the year.

Training table staff are catering staff who provide food and beverage service to our Student Athletes on campus.  We provide meals at Camp Randall in our student dining hall and at the Kohl Center in the Kellner Club.

Our kitchen staff work  in state of the art kitchens with some of Madison’s best culinary masters.  They  provide tens  of thousands  of meals each year for catered functions, team meals and luxury suite events.

University of Wisconsin - Madison Athletic Department  Food and Beverage

Club Seating encompasses three levels of Camp Randall’s newly refurbished East side.  With two floors of Varsity Clubs located on levels 6&7 and the Buckingham Club on level 8, we provide great food and beverage service to over 900 guests every gameday.  In these clubs we employ bartenders, servers and other staff to serve our guests.
